These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VideoPersonalizer.io (the "Service"), a cold-outreach personalization platform operated by WarpLeads, Inc. ("WarpLeads", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, including actions by sub-users you invite.
VideoPersonalizer.io takes a list of sales leads you upload (typically first/last name, company, LinkedIn URL) and generates per-lead personalization: a unique AI-written email first line, an optional full email body, or a per-lead AI video message. You can export the results as a CSV to use with your own email-sending tool.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You own the content you upload (lead data, scripts, uploaded avatar recordings). You grant WarpLeads a limited licence to process that content solely to operate the Service for you. We don't use your content to train third-party models or sell derivatives of it.
You own the generated personalizations we deliver back to you (first lines, email bodies, rendered videos) and may use them for any lawful purpose. We retain ownership of the Service itself — the software, interface, and underlying models we license.
The Service relies on third-party providers to generate personalization (OpenAI for text, HeyGen and D-ID for video, SerpDev for LinkedIn enrichment) and to run infrastructure (AWS S3 for storage, Brevo for transactional email, Paddle for payment processing). By using the Service you acknowledge that your content will pass through these providers for the limited purpose of producing your personalizations. Paid plans are billed monthly through Paddle. Each plan grants a fixed number of credits per billing cycle across three pools: text personalizations, standard video personalizations, and premium video personalizations. Credits reset on renewal and do not roll over.
One credit is consumed per successfully processed lead. Leads that fail due to a problem on our end are not charged. You may purchase additional text credits as a one-time top-up at any time; those credits do not expire while your account is active.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; your credits remain usable until then.
Because each credit triggers real third-party API costs the moment it's used, used credits and paid subscription periods are non-refundable. If the Service fails to deliver due to a fault on our end, contact support and we will either re-process the affected leads or refund the corresponding credits.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms — particularly the Acceptable Use section — or if we detect activity that puts our third-party providers' terms at risk (e.g., spam complaints causing blacklisting of our sending infrastructure). Where practical we'll give you notice and a chance to resolve the issue.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't warrant that generated personalizations will improve your reply rates, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that third-party providers (OpenAI, HeyGen, D-ID) will remain available or behave consistently over time. Your use of generated content is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WarpLeads is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify WarpLeads against any claim arising from your use of the Service in violation of law or these Terms — including claims from email recipients, data subjects, or regulators related to the messages you sent using our output.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll announce material changes on the Service and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
