VideoPersonalizer.io is operated by WarpLeads, Inc. ("WarpLeads", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with. It applies to both people who hold a VideoPersonalizer.io account ("users") and people whose contact details our users upload as sales leads ("data subjects").
User data is used to provide and bill for the Service, to support you, and to send transactional notifications you've opted into (project completion, low-credit warnings). We don't sell user data and we don't send marketing emails to users without explicit consent.
Lead data is processed only for the job the user submitted it for: to enrich, personalize, and return generated text or videos. We don't retain lead data beyond the project's lifetime, we don't resell it, and we don't use it to train third-party models.
User accounts are retained while your subscription is active. If you delete your account or stop using the Service for 12 months, we delete or anonymize personal data in our primary systems within 30 days, except where a legal obligation (e.g., tax records) requires longer retention.
Uploaded CSVs, generated videos, and lead-level processing records are retained for the lifetime of the project they belong to, plus 30 days, after which they are deleted from our storage and cache layers. You may delete a project earlier from inside the app.
Our primary infrastructure runs in AWS US-East-1 (Virginia). Data transferred to processors based in other regions (e.g., OpenAI) is subject to the standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards each provider maintains.

If you are a data subject (a lead uploaded by one of our users), your relationship is with that user, who acts as the data controller. We will forward such requests to the responsible user and assist them in fulfilling the request.
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to protect against forgery. We use privacy-respecting first-party analytics to understand how the app is used in aggregate; we don't share individual browsing behavior with advertising networks.
All traffic is served over HTTPS. Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing (never plaintext). Access to production systems is restricted to authorized staff via individually-scoped credentials and MFA. We take reasonable precautions to protect your data, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
The Service isn't intended for anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll delete it.
We'll post changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes that affect how we use your data will be announced inside the app, and by email where appropriate.
