One credit = one lead processed. A text personalization (first line + optional email body) uses one text credit. A personalized video uses one video credit from the matching pool (standard or premium, depending on the avatar you picked). Failed leads don't consume credits.
We enrich each lead with live signals — their recent LinkedIn activity, company news, and public posts — then feed that into an LLM with your campaign context. If we can't find anything personal (rare), we fall back to company-level signals. If there's still nothing credible, the lead is marked skipped so you don't send something generic.
We stop you before any leads start processing and ask whether you want to run just the first N (where N = your remaining credits) or top up first. No surprise half-processed campaigns.
Yes. Cancel from your account settings whenever you like — we won't put you through a support queue or a "schedule a call" form. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period; credits don't roll over.
Because each credit triggers real AI compute and enrichment costs, used credits are non-refundable. If something didn't work on our end, reach out — we'll make it right.
Yes — simple REST API keyed by a token you generate in Settings. Upload CSVs, start runs, fetch results, export. Use it from n8n, Zapier, or plain scripts. A webhook fires when a project finishes so you don't need to poll.
Yes, on the Standard+ and Premium plans. Invite teammates from Settings — they'll get their own login but draw from your pool. One card, one bill.
