One credit = one lead processed. A text personalization (first line + optional email body) uses one text credit. A personalized AI video uses one video credit. Failed leads don't consume credits.
We enrich each lead with live signals — their recent LinkedIn activity, company news, and public posts — then feed that into an LLM with your campaign context. If we can't find anything personal (rare), we fall back to company-level signals. If there's still nothing credible, the lead is marked skipped so you don't send something generic.
We stop you before any leads start processing and ask whether you want to run just the first N (where N = your remaining credits) or upgrade first. No surprise half-processed campaigns.
Yes. Cancel from your account settings whenever you like — we won't put you through a support queue or a "schedule a call" form. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period; credits don't roll over.
